Whisper offers over 10,000 square feet on 3 levels of distinctively different and luxurious areas for entertaining that can be used individually or combined to accommodate up to 800 guests. Our 3 star kitchen and expert staff can provide a variety of menu choices as well as offer catering options with the utmost attention to detail and satisfaction. Our experienced sales staff can assist you with any request you may have to insure the complete success of your party.

General Information

Weekday (Mon-Fri) room rates for day or evening functions begin at $2500 for the entire facility. Saturday events from 8am till 8pm start at $3000 for the entire facility, and $4000 for all day Sunday Events. The room rental fees include complete service staff of security, coat check attendant, valet parking, bartenders, cocktail servers, catering staff and janitorial. The dance floor and the use of the existing sound system and house lighting system is also available for your use during your event. The existing sound system at Whisper is DJ oriented. Live music will require additional sound and staging.

A $1000 room deposit will hold the date. After finalizing all food and beverage details of your event, 50% of balance is due. Final payment along with guaranteed guest count is due 7 days prior to your event. Any additional charges incurred during your function are to be paid at the conclusion of your event. Any function cancelled less than one week prior to the event date is subject to 75% of total charges.

Beverage & Food Packages

We offer several Beverage & Catering Packages for your review. Any package can be extended or customized based on your event requirements. Our event coordinator will work with you create the perfect package for your event. If a Beverage Package is not selected, a bar guarantee may apply. Bar Guarantee numbers will depend on the day of the week and the type of event. A 15% service charge is added to all food and beverage totals. Sales Tax of 8.5% will be added to all totals. Gratuity is extra.
